Welcome to NFKIDS!
NF Kids Check-In
When you arrive, a friendly NFKids team member (look for the orange shirt!) will greet you. Our Check-In team will gather information needed to register your kid, and you will receive:
- A name tag for your child
- A bag tag for any diaper bag or backpack
- A matching security tag for you
One of our Check-In Team members will guide you through everything and walk you to the classroom. Feel free to ask questions along the way—we’re here to help!
On future visits, you'll be able to check in your kids at one of our self-serve check-in stations for a speedier experience!
To best care for your child, please let our volunteers know about any allergies or special needs. While we don’t serve snacks, some craft materials may contain allergens. Thanks for helping us keep your child safe!
Where To Go After Check-In
Your child’s classroom is listed on their name tag. A NFKids volunteer will meet you at the door, welcome your child, and take any items like a diaper bag. Please share any special instructions at this time.
To help us return all items after service, label everything with your child’s first and last name before arriving. Use the NFKids bag tag every time you check in to help us identify your child’s belongings.
Drop Off & Enjoy Service
After check-in and drop-off, most kids settle in quickly, but it's normal for some to be a little nervous or cry. Our leaders will comfort your child and help them get engaged. If your child cries for more than 10 minutes and can't be consoled, we’ll text you using the number from your registration.

Check-Out
After service, return to your kid’s room and show your security tag to the volunteer. We’ll match it with your kid’s name tag before checking out. If you lose your tag, a volunteer at the check-in station can help verify your identity to ensure each kid is checked out by their trusted family member or caregiver.
