Groups

We were not made to experience life alone!

Groups at NorthField Church are designed to cultivate healthy relationships within our church and communities. You don’t have to know everyone, but you should know someone!

Groups are more than just a social hour—they’re deep, relational, and supportive spaces where we encourage one another, ask questions, seek wisdom from the Bible, and apply what we’re learning. They’re also a time of fun and authenticity, as imperfect people follow Jesus together and grow daily in faith and community.

Absolutely! We call it a ‘Test Drive’ — Our goal is to connect you with the people of God on more than Sunday mornings. Test drive a group or a combination of group types. We would suggest only committing to one Life Group per semester.

Group leaders play a crucial role in the life of our church. They are on the front lines of ministry impacting the community and beyond with the transformational love of Jesus. They are shepherds to the groups they lead, cultivating and creating environments of spiritual growth and mobilizing members to a lifestyle of serving others.

We are here to help you! We’ll connect you with a growing network of group hosts from across the county and provide resources to equip you to lead well!
